I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully located on the upper floors with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The service, especially the laundry service, was top-notch. The location was fantastic, right by the train station. The dining experience with classic fried fish was superb. The facilities were excellent overall, adding great value to the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a balcony overlooking the Rhine valley, which was breathtaking, but I would have preferred just a mountain view instead.
